DATA CONTROLLER
The Controller of personal data, i.e. the entity deciding how your personal data shall be used, is Polimarky Sp. z o. o. Sp. K., ul. Bieszczadzka 10a, 35-082 Rzeszów, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000531322.
SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All data collected is protected by reasonable technical and organizational measures and security procedures. We implement our internal policies and procedures on data protection, security and confidentiality.
PROCESSING
When contacting you, we will collect and process your personal data. When we process personal data, we collect information that you directly provide to us when you use or plan to use our Services, thanks to which we can identify you as a specific person. Depending on the service in question, we may collect different information about you.
People who contact us
We collect personal data when a natural person contacts us using available tools, such as:
- contact form on the website (by voluntarily providing your name and email address)
- email and traditional correspondence,
- phone contact – if we are unable to provide an immediate response, we may ask for your data necessary to handle the matter or your verification.
We use the data we receive to respond to your message or handle the matter appropriately. When exchanging messages, the personal information listed above may include: name and surname, title, telephone number, email address, employer contact details and other business contact details.
Customers
In order to provide services, sign agreements and professionally perform them, we collect personal data from our Customers and contact persons acting on their behalf. The personal data we collect includes:

- your employer’s contact details,
- company phone number,
- email address
Collaborators, including subcontractors
We collect personal data in order to commission and receive Services, and to provide Services to our Customers. In such a case, we process data to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business contacts
We collect and process business data of our current and potential Customers. This information includes:
- name and surname,
- title,
- company phone number,
- email address
- employer’s contact details.
This data is collected using the company management system.
Polimarky.pl website users
When visiting www.polimarky.pl, you can provide us with the following data: name and surname, email address and phone number (leaving us a message via the contact form).
We may also automatically collect data about the devices you use to interact with our Services. This may include your IP address, browser type, URLs, websites visited, links clicked, user interactions, URL requested, hardware settings and search terms, device ID, web browser and browsing data collected by cookies. We may receive information from cookies, i.e. pieces of data saved by your browser and sent to us in response to your inquiry. We use this information to improve the quality of our services, understand user activity, personalize content and improve the quality of our Services.
Candidates in the recruitment process
We use the information we obtain about you to ensure an efficient recruitment process for a given position. Polimarky Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. collects and processes personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions, i.e. the Labor Code (if you are applying for an employment relationship with Polimarky) and the Civil Code (if you are applying for a position under a civil law contract). We may also process some of your personal data within our legitimate interests. If you consent to the use of your personal data for other specified purposes, your data shall be processed only to the extent to which you consent.In case of unsuccessful recruitment, your data shall be stored only on the basis of your consent.
PURPOSE, METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Below we describe the purposes for which we use your personal data and indicate the legal basis for their processing, i.e. information on the basis on which we can use your information. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is: Your voluntary and informed consent to the processing of personal data relating to you or the need to process such data in connection with the performance of the agreement concluded with you or our legitimate interests (in such a case, we will explain what these interests are). In the case of data processing based on consent, your consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The collected personal data shall be used only for the following purposes:
- conducting core activities such as customer communications and business planning;
- providing the information, item or service requested by the user;
- communicating the user about Polimarky products, services and events;
- improving our products, services and sites;
- ensuring the possibility of applying for employment;
- verifying identity and ensuring security for one of the other purposes listed here;
- ensuring or improving the security of RTX’s electronic systems;
- responding to legitimate legal requests from law enforcement authorities or government regulators;
Except in cases of use within the framework of a concluded agreement or performance of a legal obligation, the personal data collected shall be used only in the legitimate commercial interest referred to above.

PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Pursuant to applicable legal provisions, we may store your personal data no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which we use it. Your personal data is stored for the duration of the agreement concluded with you, as well as after its termination in order to fulfill obligations arising from legal provisions, including on tax and accounting, to pursue claims in connection with the performance of the agreement and for archiving.We store personal data collected for marketing purposes and for the purpose of sending commercial information electronically until you withdraw your consent to such processing.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
We disclose (entrust the processing of) personal data to third parties only when permitted by law. We include provisions in the relevant agreements regarding security measures to protect your data and maintain confidentiality. Therefore, your data may be transferred to:
- entities that cooperate with us and support us in conducting our business and activities related thereto;
- external entities that provide technical support for our internal IT systems and website management;
- supervisory authorities, in response to a request for information, if disclosure is consistent with or required by applicable law, regulation or legal process;

We may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools that allow you to share content or activities on our Services via other media. YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with applicable law, natural persons have certain rights regarding their personal data, and the Controller is responsible for their performance. In a situation where Polimarky Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. is the Data Controller and decides on the method and purpose of personal data processing, we shall inform you about your rights:
- Right to access personal data – natural persons have the right to access their personal data that we store as the Controller and to obtain a copy of this data.
- Right to rectify your data – if your personal data is out of date or incorrect.
- Right to delete personal data – if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if you withdraw your consent to data processing.
- Right to restrict the processing of your personal data – if you notice that your personal data is incorrect or processed unlawfully, you can request that the processing of your personal data be limited in time so that we can check whether it is accurate or consistent.
- Right to object – at any time when your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest and your objection is justified by the specific circumstances in which you find yourself or your personal data is processed for marketing purposes.
